Most clients notice visible changes within 6โ8 weeks. Significant transformations happen between 12โ16 weeks with consistent adherence.
Not necessarily. We can design programs for commercial gyms, home gyms, or minimal equipment. Let us know what you have access to.
We work around them, not through them. All clients get a movement screening before we design any program.
3 sessions per week is the sweet spot for most clients. We can get results with 2 and accelerate with 4+. We'll build the right schedule for you.
For most goals, yes. The program quality is identical. The difference is you're executing independently, which is why our check-ins and adjustments are more frequent for online clients.
